Course Description:

Planning to improve your eating but finding it hard to know what’s best? One of the easiest and most evidence-based eating patterns is to include more foods from the mediterranean diet. Studies show the plant heavy mediterranean eating style is anti-inflammatory, improves heart health, blood sugar and brain function. Three part bootcamp includes food selection, a sampling of meal assembly/recipes and learning the science that makes the Mediterranean a winning choice. You are invited to upgrade your Mediterranean diet score by 2 points during this bootcamp! 


Course Format:

Three classes. Pace is up to you, however we suggest you take a class every other week, so you give yourself 6 weeks for health supportive change.
